Circles · Experiences · Advisory
You speak the language of one culture and dance to the beat of another.
You hold more than one truth at once.
A community and practice for women who live and lead across cultures.

For women living and leading across worlds.
Living across cultures sharpens a particular intelligence. A cultural intuition that forms as you navigate differing perspectives or expectations
Reading rooms.
Sensing what unfolds beneath the surface.
Moving between languages, and sometimes between versions of yourself.
The world may see your next move. Here, we recognize what it takes.
Women Across Cultures gathers women who live and lead across worlds. Private circles are the heart of the practice; experiences and advisory extend the work.
Curated circles designed for resonance. Women who already understand the terrain. Three formats: a peer circle, a reading circle, and a circle across generations. Where decisions become clearer and direction steadier, in conversation with women who walk similar paths.
Curated encounters outside the daily pace. Two formats: a private equine experience outside Paris, and seasonal online gatherings for women across geographies. A different type of immersion that sharpens presence and perspective.

One-to-one coaching at inflection points: a decision, a transition, a leadership shift, an ongoing question. Engagements typically span three to six months. A space to think out loud, recalibrate, and move forward with clarity and conviction.
I have led a life between cultures for many years, walking alongside extraordinary women living it: navigating transitions, building careers and ventures, holding multiple worlds and the people who matter.
Each woman remarkable on her own. Brought together across worlds, the impact becomes undeniable.
